MOLTEN CHOCOLATE BABYCAKES


INGREDIENTS

50g soft unsalted butter, plus more for greasing

350g best dark chocolate

150g caster sugar

4 large eggs, beaten with a pinch of salt

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

50g plain or Italian 00 flour

6 individual pudding moulds, buttered

baking parchment


HOW TO MAKE
Unless you are making these up in advance, preheat the oven to 200°C/gas mark 6, putting in a baking sheet at the same time. Lay 3 of the moulds on a sheet of doubled baking parchment. Draw round them, remove, and then cut out the discs as marked. Press them all into the base of the tins.

Melt the chocolate and let it cool slightly. Cream together the butter and sugar, and gradually beat in the eggs and salt, then the vanilla. Now add the flour, and when all is smoothly combined scrape in the cooled chocolate, blending it to a smooth batter.

Divide the batter between the 6 moulds, quickly whip the baking sheet out of the oven, arrange the little tins on it and replace in the oven. Cook for 10-12 minutes (the extra 2 minutes will be needed if the puddings are fridge-cold when you start) and as soon as you take them out of the oven, tip out these luscious babycakes onto small plates or shallow bowls. Serve these with whipped double cream, the same unwhipped in a jug, crème fraiche, crème anglaise or ice cream.

KEK COKLAT MINYAK

Bahan2nya :
2 Cawan gula (ikut suka kalau tak suka manis boleh kurangkan)
2 Biji Telur Ayam
1 3/4 cawan Tepung Gandum }
1/2 Cawan Serbuk Koko } Diayak sama
1 1/2 Sudu Teh Baking Powder }
1 1/2 Sudu Teh Bikarbonat }
1/2 cawan Minyak Masak (apa-apa jenis pun boleh)
1/2 Tin Susu Cair
1 sudu Teh Vanila
1 Cawan Air Panas (yg baru lepas masak)

Caranya :
1. Kacau gula & Telur sekadar sebati sahaja (jgn kacau lama dlm 4-5 kali kacau cukup - cuma utk buat gula & telur sebati)
2. kemudian tuangkan susu cair & vanila kacau 1-2 kali utk sebatikan lepas tu tuangkan minyak masak kacau sebati.
3. Bila dah sebati tuangkan tepung yg telah diayak bersama serbuk koko, baking powder & bikarbonat sedikit sedikit kacau sebati.
4. Bila dah sebati adunan tadi (tak ada nampak tepung lagi) tuangkan air panas (air yg betul2 lepas mendidih) kacau 2-3 kali tuang dalam acuan terus dibakar (jgn tunggu). bakar selama 45 minit ke 1jam.
5. Bila sejuk baru dipotong.

KEK GULA HANGUS

Bahan-bahannya
5 biji telur
1/2 cawan magerin (dicairkan)
1 cawan gula (½ dihanguskan + 1 cawan air, ½ lagi dipukul dgn. telur)
1 cawan tepung gandum
1 sudu/t soda bikarbonate

Caranya
1. Hanguskan gula sehingga keperangan, apabila gula dah hancur campurkan air.
2. Telur dipukul bersama dgn. ½ cawan gula sehingga kembang.
3. Masukan majerin yang dah dicairkan kedalam gula yang dihanguskan tadi, selepas itu dicampurkan kedalam telur yang dipukul tadi.
4. akhir sekali masukan tepung bersama soda bikarbonate kedalam adunan –gaul rata.
5. Boleh lerr dikukus sehingga masak.(Biasanye ia mengambil masa yang lama untk. masak).

KEK - SUPER DUPER CHEESECAKE EXPRESS

Part I :
150-200g Marie biscuits
100-200g butter

Part II :
220g cream cheese
2 tins of Nestle cream
8 tbsp sugar
3-4 tsp gelatin in half cup hot water

Part III :
1 can blueberries (S&W or Goldleaf)
2 tsp gelatin to one-quarter cup hot water

Method :
1. Crush biscuits and mix with butter. Pack well into base of cake tin. Freeze for half an hour.
2. Mix Part II together and spread over Part I.
3. Freeze for 20 minutes.
4. Mix Part III and spread over Part II and store in fridge to chill before serving.
