Ingredients:
5 ounces bittersweet chocolate, chopped
1 pint fresh strawberries with leaves
Preparatins:-
In a microwave safe bowl, or in the top of double boiler over simmering water, cook chocolate until melted. stir ocassionally until chocolate is smooth. Holding berries by the stem, dip each in chocolate abt three quarters of the way to the sterm. Place, stem side down, on wire rach and chill in refrigerator until hardened.
