Braised Pork-Rib with Cancoon BBQ sauce
6 pcs of freshly cut Pork Rib
1 tblspn Black pepper
1 tblspn Oregano
1 tblspn Thymes
1 tblspn Basil
1 tblspn marjoram
1 tblspn chilli powder
3 tblspn salt
1 cup cooking oil
Cancoon BBQ sauce
1 cloves garlic
1 no. green pepper
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1/2 cup chilli sauce
3/4 cup oyster sauce
1 pinch cancoon
Marinate the Pork Rib....and then start preparing the sauce...
receipe best serve when hot...and its really finger licking good !!!..
facts about the food :-
1) Originated from France and use to be a favourite menu of Napolean Bonaparte
2) Was served during wedding reception of Marc Anthony and jeniffer Lopez
3) last meal eaten by Bruce Willis before seperate with Demmi moore.

Apa kejadahnya si Spongebob adakan koleksi non halal ni!!! (dah boring la tu).its ok, aku nampak semangat malaysian yang Bob cuba sampaikan dan dasar liberalisasi yang cuba diturapkan.
Apa-apa pun aku mengesyorkan apa sahaja makanan yang korang masak mestilah halal dari segi syariah. Kalau yang berani nak kasi jadi tak halal, semua resepi, jangan lupa bubuh sedikit red wine, vodka ataupun Jack Daniel sebagai penambah perisa. Ini secara otomatik berkategori tak halal. Nampak cam best aja tengok dalam TV. (sedap ke?)
p/s: Amaran!!!saranan diatas hanya tertakluk kepada mereka yang bukan muslim tetapi cuisinenya masih mengekalkan sentuhan masakan malaysia.

STIM PIGLET WITH BROWN SHITAKE
1 nos Piglet (young pig under 6 months)
20 nos Brown Shitake Mushroom
1 cup Oyster sauce
10 cloves garlic
10 cloves charlot
1/2 cup chinese cooking wine
1 thumb grind ginger
4 tblspn white pepper
4 tblnspn salt
2 tblspn chilli powder
Place the piglet on a cooking tray..and marinate the ingrediants evenly..
place the cooking tray under a double boiler and stim the piglet for 2 hours, and braised the piglet simultaneously over time...

3) was know as one of the last supper taken by the late Anita Mui

Gua pon nak bagi resepi non halal gak ni. Resepi ni diciplak dari resepi nunu sebenarnya.
Bahan2:
1 ekor ayam seberat 1.6 kg Dicuri dari ladang ternakan spongebob
Bahan-bahan ( dibahagi dua )
2 sudu besar serbuk ketumbar curi abgbecha punya
2 sudu besar serbuk kari daging rembat dari rumah numb
2 sudu besar serbuk jintan putih seludup dari tesco
2 sudu besar serbuk jintan manis bekas anjing jilat
2 sudu kecil serbuk lada hitam kidnap dari restoran pelita
2 sudu besar kerisik ambil akulabintang punya
2 biji tomato, dicincang curi dari umah selim
Bahan-bahan C: (dikisar dan dicampurkan 1 cawan air)
4 biji buah keras rembat hantu_keras punya
4 ulas bawang merah jumpa tepi jalan
4 ulas bawang putih 2 cm halia curi dari heiya
1 cm lengkuas hasil gigitan anjing kenz1
Bahan-bahan D:
1 biji kelapa parut, diambil 6 cawan santannya pakai gelas carlsberg
¾ sudu besar garam halus dipijak dengan kaki khinzir kasi lumat
2 batang serai, dititik curi dari rumah doc-holiday
2 helai daun limau purut rembat dari jiran sebelah
1 keping hati dan hempedal, dihiris halus (hempedal biawak)
2 biji ubi kentang, digoreng garing dengan minyak haiwan
2 biji telur rebus, digoreng garing dengan minyak haiwan
3/4 cawan minyak masak hasil rembat rumah clark Kent
1 cawan air chivas
Sedikit garam
Cara-cara nak bikin:
Bersihkan ayam dan tuskan. Tumiskan bahan-bahan yang dikisar (bahan C) hingga wangi.
Kemudian campurkan 1 cawan air. Kacau seketika sebelum dimasukkan bahan-bahan B.
Masaklah hingga rempah wangi.
Masukkan garam. Masukkan serai dan daun limau purut serta ubi kentang dan telur rebus yang telah digoreng.
Masaklah sehingga hati dan hempedal empuk. Angkat telur, ubi dan hati serta hempedal.
Masukkan bahan-bahan ini ke dalam perut ayam. Jahit leher dan bahagian punggung ayam kembali. (process ni kena concentrate..kalau tak..terburai bahan 2 tu nanti..kekeke :p )
Panggang ayam di dalam oven sehingga masak kekuning-kuningan.
Sementara itu panaskan minyak, tumiskan lebihan rempah bahan-bahan B.
Setelah rempah kelihatan agak kuning dan berbau wangi, masukkan 6 cawan santan tadi dan kacaulah hingga rempah tadi sebati dengan kuah.
Masukkan garam. Masaklah kuah ini sehingga pekat. Angkat Ayam dari ketuhar. Siramkan kuahnya di atas ayam tadi ketika hendak hidang & makan.

Oleh kerana bahan2nya terdiri dari bahan2 curi, maka terhasillah resepi ayam golek kedah non halal ini.
Astagaaaa....ayam golek teman dah lain dah rasanya...apa kerhey nye bahan2 dari lain2 tuan...terus inzal lah makan ayam non halal nih..

Frog legs with Mustard Sauce
6 pcs frog legs (Amfibia)
2 cloves garlic
1 thumb ginger
2 tblspn mustard
1 teaspn light soya sauce
1 teaspn ground cinnamon
Place the frog legs inside a mixture bowl..and add on all the ingredients..leave it marinated for 1/2 hour and start grill the frog legs over a BBQ stoves
mustard sauce
3 tblspn mustard
1 tblspn oyster
2 pinch chopped dried parsley
mix the ingredients inside a cup chill the sauce at room temprature
(Menu served for 2 and best served with Chilled Champange)

The easy of BBQ Pork Chops
Ingredients
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup chopped onion
6 pork chops Directions
Combine soup, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and onions in slow cooker. Add pork chops.
Cover, and cook on Low for 6 hours.
And lastly served.

Bahan-bahan
2kg Daging khinzir
10 btg serai - diketuk
2 biji kelapa
4 helai daun kunyit - dihiris halus
Kerisik secukupnya
Garam secukup rasa
Sedikit serbuk perasa
Bahan untuk dikisar
50gm cili kering
15 ulas bawang merah
10 biji cili kering
10 biji cili kering
1 cm halia
1 cm lengkuas
Cara membuatnya
- Daging, dibersihkan dan ditoskan
- Masukkan bahan-bahan yang dikisar bersama-sama santan ke dalam kuali dan
masak. Kacau sebati
- Masukkan daging ygn dibersihkan dan kacau lagi
- Apabila tiga suku masak masukkan kerisik, garam dan serbuk perasa. Kacau
hingga masak dan kering. Kemudian masukkan daun kunyit
- Angkat dan hidangkan
PS : Boleh dimakan nasi panas atau di cicah ngan roti.

Bak Kut Teh (Chinese Soup)
Ingredients:
1 1/2 pound pork spare rib or belly pork, chopped into small pieces
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons lard
1 tablespoon caster sugar
2 cloves of garlic, crushed
1 teaspoon preserved brown soya beans, crushed
1 star anise
1 piece cinnamon bark
1 teaspoon black peppercorns
1 teaspoon szechuan peppercorns
1 teaspoon salt
1 chicken stock cube
2 tablespoons dark soy sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
3 pints boiling water
light soy to taste
Directions:
Marinate meat in peper and salt for half an hour. Heat pan until very hot, add two tablespoons of lard and fry meat until well-browned. Remove to dish. In a clean pan heat remaining 1 tablespoon lard and caramelise sugar until light brown. Add the garlic and soya beans, stir-fry for half a minute, then add the fried meat and everything else except the light soy. Boil rapidly for ten minutes, then reduce the heat and simmer for two hours until the meat is falling-apart tender. Remove excess oil from surface before serving, and add light soy to taste.
This recipe for Bak Kut Teh (Chinese Soup) serves/makes 4

pork stew
1 (3-pound) pork shoulder with bone
8 to 10 cups low-sodium chicken broth or homemade stock
Bouquet garni (celery stalk tied with bay leaf and sprig of Italian parsley, fresh sage and fresh oregano)
2 pounds potatoes, peeled and cut into medium dice
2 pounds green beans, cut into 1-inch pieces
Salt and pepper
1 tablespoon caraway seeds
Place pork in a pot that is just bigger than the meat. Add stock to cover. Bring just to a boil; skim the surface of any scum. Add bouquet garni and simmer for 2 1/2 hours.
Remove bouquet garni and discard. Remove meat and set aside. Skim broth of any fat. When meat is cool enough to handle, cut into 1/2-inch dice and set aside. Meanwhile, add potatoes to broth and cook at a medium simmer for 20 minutes. Add the green beans and cook for 5 minutes. Return meat to pot and season with salt and pepper to taste. Add caraway seeds and heat thoroughly.
Make 8 servings.

The name of this pork stew, cif e ciaf, comes from the Abruzzan dialect. It refers to the lean and fatty cuts of pork that are cooked together in the dish.

11/2 pounds pork shoulder, cut into 1-inch cubes
salt and freshly ground pepper
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 sprig rosemary
1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh chili pepper, or to taste

1 teaspoon chopped marjoram
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
1 8-ounce jar roasted red peppers, cut into strips

Add the pork, and sear for 3 minutes, turning to brown all sides. Season with salt and pepper, and lower the heat to medium-low. Grilled Pork Loin in Apricot and Curry Marinade
6 7-ounce boneless pork loin chops (1 1/2-inches thick)
8 ounces apricot jam
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 large onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 bay leaves
1 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper
1 tablespoon curry powder
1/2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
3 tablespoons tomato sauce
3 tablespoons brandy
Lentil Compote (recipe follows)
Combine all ingredients except pork and Lentil Compote. Marinate pork, refrigerated, in mixture 24 hours. Grill pork over medium-hot coals 12 minutes, turning once. Serve with Lentil Compote.
